RSL Report Requirements:

For the fishing bait/artificial bait category on the platform, three qualifications under EU REACH Annex XVII need to be verified:

RSL-Phthalate (Phthalates)

Test Standard: (EC) No. 1907/2006 REACH Annex XVII, Entries 51 & 52

RSL-Cd (Total Cadmium)

Test Standard: (EC) No. 1907/2006 REACH Annex XVII, Entry 23

RSL-Lead (Total Lead)

Test Standard: (EC) No. 1907/2006 REACH Annex XVII, Entry 63

Temu's restriction period:

The platform will soon clarify the deadline for submitting qualifications. Subsequently, for merchants who fail to submit the compliant RSL qualifications on time, measures such as product delisting and restricted listing will be taken. All merchants are requested to attach great importance to this matter, start the qualification processing procedure as soon as possible, and reserve sufficient time for processing and review to avoid affecting the normal operation of their stores.

Steps to obtain qualifications:

1. Search for "CE marking testing" on the Temu service market.

2. Communicate with the sales engineer about the product testing points.

3. The sales engineer will provide a testing plan and quotation.

4. Send the testing samples.

5. Fill out and submit the application form.

6. The testing company will conduct the tests.

7. Obtain the testing report.

8. Upload the testing report.

9. Sell in compliance.
